Brigantine Marina & Paddle Club is a venture of Scarborough Properties, one of New Jersey’s premier real estate developers, managers, and operators. Scarborough Properties has engaged in healthcare, educational, residential, commercial office, and marina development, and currently maintains a portfolio of multiple marina facilities that enable discerning customers to live the waterfront lifestyle.
